Shoutout to @sarahshepfit for making our workouts fun and useful and always encouraging guys like me to do things like this.
Guess what I did today? #warriordash2019
I bought these trail running shoes last summer in hopes they would encourage me to get healthier and participate in a mud run. I’ll finally break them in tomorrow. #WarriorDash
I got to visit with students at Short Line School today and sign their copies of The Clemente Ball.
I didn’t have time to go to the gym before we left this morning but I had to carry this peanut eater through PNC Park, across the Clemente Bridge, up three flights on stairs and across the parking garage.
Here are our two dogs sacked out on the porch resting comfortably while the neighborhood is exploding all around us. I didn’t realize they were so brave until tonight.

This would sure help a fella out.
Nobody knew my name. ☹️
From the governor’s press conference on January 29. I’ll not put words in his mouth since he wants you to know where Governor Justice stands.
I’ve been gifted two mugs recently and had to decide which to use for today’s coffee.
Year number 30 packed away. Catch you on the flipping-flip, NMS.
Former students, comment below and let me know you’re coming to my book launch. (I know a ❤️ only means you saw it.)

In case you didn’t see this on Facebook.
This is aimed more at my former students who follow me on here and not on Facebook.
Who’s coming to my book launch?
This tree stood outside my classroom window for all 27 years I’ve been in room 315. Today, I watched it get cut down and disappear in the chipper.
I know this is just for a one day ranking in a small category, but The Clemente Ball is off to a great start thanks to all of you.
